What are Collar Dots?
The Collar Dot™ is an original product created by Dear Bailey™ to help make your pet pictures pop. Collar Dots are pet accessories that attach to your pet’s collar and feature fun phrases and designs. The Collar Dot is designed to help pets and their parents show off their unique personalities, celebrate major milestones, and create more playful moments together. Please note: Collar Dots are not meant to replace traditional pet identification tags.

When would I use a Collar Dot?
At Dear Bailey, we believe in creating more playful moments with our pets - and Collar Dots are the purrfect way to mark those memories! Is it your fur baby's birthday? Grab the Birthday Girl or Birthday Boy Collar Dot! Did you adopt a pet? Use the Hello World or Name Tag Collar Dot to announce your new addition. Did you puppy pass training school? Bark Bark Hooray for them!

How big is a Collar Dot?
Our Collar Dots are approximately 3-inch wide circles.

What are Collar Dots made of?
We make our Collar Dots out of a thick cardstock, so they are lightweight enough to not bother your fur baby, yet sturdy enough for wearing on special occasions.

How do I attach a Collar Dot to my fur baby's collar?
Each Collar Dot comes with a small metal ring to attach it to your pet’s collar. At the top of your Collar Dot, you will find a small hole. Loop the metal ring through the hole of the Collar Dot, and then attach the ring to your pet’s collar. We recommend attaching the Collar Dot to the collar first while it is off your pet, and then putting the collar with the attached Collar Dot onto your pet.

Are Collar Dots waterproof?
Because Collar Dots are made of card stock, they are not water (or slobber) proof.

How do we recommend printing the digital print? 
We recommend matte paper, so there is no glare with your final product
  • Print Shops: Print with a professional printing shop, such as Staples, FedEx, Kinkos
  • Online Services: Vistaprint, Snapfish, CanvasPeople, Shutterfly, etc.


When will my order ship? 
All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days of us receiving the order, with the exception of Launch Days, New Product Releases, and Black Friday through Cyber Monday weekend, which can add up to 7 – 10 business days for processing. Will you alert me when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. We plan to expand our list of countries we ship to in the future, and will update this page accordingly when we add new places. For our current shipping and handling policies, please click here.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders over $24.00 USD (before taxes) is always free - no coupon code required. Shipping costs for all other orders are based solely on weight, destination, and shipping level, and are calculated directly by USPS without any markup. We currently offer four shipping levels: USPS First Class Mail, USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Why didn’t I receive a packing slip with my order?
In an effort to reduce paper waste, we do not include paper packing slips in your order. Please refer to your order confirmation email to verify the contents of your order.

Do you offer rush orders?
Currently, we do not offer rush orders.

Can I make a change to my order after I place it?
Once an order is submitted through our website, we are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, cancellations, etc.). Please verify all information, including your shipping address, is correct at checkout before submitting your order.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final and non-refundable, unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. If an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.
